Wholesale fashion accessories company seeking a qualified individual for a receptionist/ executive assistant/ office manager position. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team and help us in excel in our industry!
Job description includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
- Welcoming and directing all visitors professionally
- Answering & routing all phone calls
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the reception and visitor areas
- Restocking and replenishing goods throughout the office, as well as ordering supplies
- Managing incoming mail and deliveries
- Managing business and personal calendars & scheduling appointments for the owners and other executives
- Handling all types of both business & personal correspondence for the owners
- Running errands locally on behalf of the owners
- Help prepare for upcoming meetings, working along side with sales, merchandising, and production teams
- Other basic office & administrative office tasks
Job Qualifications:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very fast paced environment
- Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once; strong time management skills
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
- Work well with others, MUST be a team player
- Outstanding organization skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Microsoft Office like Outlook and Excel
This job is Monday through Friday
Hours 8am - 6pm, $20-25/hr with overtime
